Greetings! Welcome to the first web site in cyberspace that represents the Alumni of the Indian High School, Dubai. Located in the Middle Eastern country of the United Arab Emirates; The Indian High School, Dubai is a medium to large school with a student count of nearly 8000 and approximately 180 staff members. The school has churned out some of the brightest prospects of today's world, businessmen, professionals and artistes who have helped expand the horizons of progress.
There are a lot of IHS sites out there, but what makes this one special is that we would like to show that we share a special bond - that we still cherish those wonderful days in school and wish to retain those memories. And in keeping those memories, we wish to keep in touch with peers who are now distant and would like to know how they are faring in life.
The mere fact that those behind this site are students who are pursuing undergraduate degrees; people who are hard pressed for time and under constant academic pressure, shows their dedication to the purpose of uniting alumni. There are a lot of people out there with direct contact to the students in the IHS community. We need your cooperation to further strengthen the collective effort of the alumni who helped put this site together.
To explain the logo on the front of the site - it speaks for itself. We, the Alumni feel that that though IHS has given us the foundation to be who we are now, it has also allowed us to grow as individuals and build on the lessons we learned. So, with a little attitude and a whole lot of heart, we would like to announce that alumni rule!
This is for the students who want to keep in touch with old friends and acquaintances from high school. Do get in touch with the webmaster and we will gladly put you on the members list. Also, we would again appreciate all the help we can get (in any form)

This site is based on a server powered by Apache and the HTML was created / edited using Notepad and the PICO editor of a Unix System. The graphics here are all original and were created using Adobe Photoshop v4.0 and v5.0. All animated GIF89a such as the stopsign on the About Us page and the lavalamp on the WebMaster's Page were obtained from scouring the Internet.
